yes. a treatment is a treatment, whatever it costs at the door. no menus, no price lists, nothing to add up at the desk.
03what do the tiers include?
glow is two treatments a month and member rates everywhere. aora one is four, with a friend pass every month, priority weekend slots and early access to new venues. endless is eight, with concierge booking by text, at-home service in marina and jumeirah, and a birthday facial on the house.
04what happens to treatments i don't use?
unused treatments roll over a month, and your membership wallet shows exactly when they refresh. if you want a quieter month, pause instead of losing them.
05can i bring a friend?
aora one and endless include a friend pass every month, so a friend joins you at member rates. book with the girls lets you hold side-by-side slots for a group, with everyone paying their own way.
06what if i need to cancel a booking?
cancel free of charge up to four hours before and the treatment goes straight back into your month. miss the window and the venue's no-show rule applies — you'll have seen that before you confirmed.
07can i pause or cancel my membership?
both, anytime, in two taps from your membership wallet — no phone call, no retention script. pausing (for travel, or ramadan mode) keeps your treatments where they are; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the billing cycle.
08which venues are in?
curated salons, spas, studios and clinics across dubai — difc, marina, jumeirah, downtown, business bay and the palm — each vetted for cleanliness, quality and that calm, premium feel. new partners are added every month and members hear first.
09do i pay anything at the venue?
no. your treatments are covered by your tier. add-ons you choose in the chair are billed by the venue at its own price, and tipping stays yours to decide.
10is it ladies-only?
women first. many partners are ladies-only or run ladies-only hours, and it's marked on every venue page — filter for it when you browse.
11how do referrals and gifts work?
every member has a referral code; when a friend joins with it, you're both rewarded. you can also gift a whole month of glow straight from your account.
