To operate your membership, process bookings and payments, personalise recommendations, prevent fraud, and communicate service updates. We rely on your consent and the performance of our contract with you as lawful bases.

We share booking details with the partner venue you book, and payment data with our processor (e.g. Stripe). We do not sell your personal data. Service providers act on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, from your Profile or by contacting support. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data.
