Terms of Service

Aora Members Club is a monthly subscription with three tiers, each providing a set number of treatments per month and member rates across partner venues. Every treatment counts the same regardless of its retail price. Your allowance refreshes each billing cycle; unused treatments roll over for one month and expire thereafter.

Each booking uses one treatment from your monthly allowance at the time of confirmation. You may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment, and the treatment is returned to your allowance automatically. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the treatment used and are subject to the No-Show Policy.

Partner venues are independent businesses responsible for delivering the services you book. Aora Members Club facilitates discovery, booking and payment but is not the provider of the treatments.

Membership fees are billed monthly in AED and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Add-ons and premium services may incur additional charges at member rates. Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership.

You agree not to misuse the platform, create fraudulent bookings, abuse referral or promotional mechanics, or resell membership benefits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Aora Members Club is not liable for the acts or omissions of partner venues, including the quality or outcome of treatments. Disputes about a service should be raised through in-app support so we can mediate with the venue.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
